All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: Product unavailability, Pricing errors, or Fraudulent activity.
If your order is canceled, you will be notified immediately.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
By selecting COD, you agree to pay the full amount upon receiving the product.
Refusal to accept the order after shipment may result in restricted access to future purchases.
In the future, we may offer additional payment options such as bank transfers, cards, or digital wallets.

Delivery time is typically between 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. BaaXar is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Customers may return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
Certain products such as personal care items, undergarments, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
BaaXar reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet return policy standards.

Users agree to not misuse the website, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or disrupt website functionality. Any violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, design, and software, is the exclusive property of BaaXar and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of any website content is strictly prohibited.

BaaXar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

BaaXar shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, war, or network outages.

In case of disputes, customers are encouraged to first contact our support team via WhatsApp at 03067335083 to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be governed and resolved in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of Bahawalpur courts.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BaaXar, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in Bahawalpur.
